What is the Delivery charge?

Delivery charge is calculated upon Total Weight of ordered items & Your Location.
To see the accurate cost please Add Product To Bag & Goto "Checkout / Place Order" page after adding the required product/s in your cart.

How long does it take to deliver?

If You confirm your Order Before 4 PM, You will get your Product Delivered within next 24-48 Business Hours.

If You confirm your Order After 4 PM, You will get your Product Delivered Day within next 48-72 Business Hours.

*COVID-19 Pandemic may delay some usual times

Do I receive an invoice for my order?

Once your order is confirmed & processed, You will get an Order confirmation Email in your email

How do you deliver the Products?

We do use 3rd Party Logistics Service to Deliver your Product inside Dhaka.

For outside of Dhaka we Mostly use Sundarban & SA Paribahan (Parcel Service)

What is your Refund Policy

We only accept refund if anything goes wrong. And it's exceptionally rare with us.
Each Refund request is processed by mutual communication with us via email Only.

What is your Return / Exchange Policy

We supports exchange if it falls withing the following situations:

Damaged Product
or, Wrong Product Delivered
